7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

With all tags intact

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase/order number

How to Request a Return or Exchange
If your item meets the above criteria, please email us at

Our team will respond within 3–5 working days.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Product
We follow strict quality checks, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear product photos at

Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, email us immediately at

Changes to an Existing Order

Changes can be made only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Gift Exchanges
